Orders are preceded and line items filled via email generation to the parties involved with shipping fully loaded trailer loads of customer goods, from the MFG to Customer for Automatic Order/trailer load replenishment.

 

Order Processing Shipping Logistics System

Browser based application that can accept virtually any ERP or electronic order via sites data input “Web Services”.

• Schedules Pick-up and Delivery Appointments and send verifying emails with links directly back to the site.
• Imports and maintains “Load Carrier Budgets” and allows for tracking different Origin/Destination rates by different Carriers and Surcharges. Once Carrier Budget data is loaded; the site begins making preferred Carriers choices based on Loads Delivery Budgets.
• Invitations & Order Shipment Acceptance
• Offers advanced features and allows In-house or Carrier Vendor logistics personnel preview the order details, review shipping budget + surcharges cost and agrees to accept the “Traffic” on an order or pass it, which sends the order invitation email out to the next preferred carrier in the budget list.
